I am pretty sure all of Texas is blacked out to Rangers and Astros games on MLB TV. If you plan to watch the games on your computer you can bypass the blackout using a proxy. I did this for a few games a couple years ago and its really very simple. However, I think the proxy solution works only on computers (not PS4, Apple TV, etc.)
